How to rectify an error on my delivery address ?

We invite you to contact our customer service by email at contact@studiocashmere8.com with your order number and the desired changes. The modification is possible until the next morning at 8am. If the modification is no longer possible because your article has been shipped, the Studio Cashmere team will inform you of the procedure to follow.

How to follow the delivery of my order ?

You will receive an initial email confirming your order at the email address you provided at checkout.

When your order is shipped, a second email will be sent to you with the tracking number of your package.

What should I do if my package seems to be lost ?

We offer a delivery service provided by Chronopost. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Is it possible to exchange a product ?

For any exchange, you can send us back the product and place an order on our website Studio Cashmere 8.

What is the return procedure ?

You have up to 30 days from the reception of your order to send your return.

You can send an email to contact@studiocashmere8.com with your order number, the reference of the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

We will answer you with the return procedure.

To be accepted, the returned products must :

  • Never have been worn outside.
  • Correspond to the products delivered.
  • Returned in their original packaging in good condition (one plastic package per product) and packed in a properly closed package.

If the products do not correspond to our return conditions, we will not be able to accept them. Therefore, if the customer wishes to get back his article, the return costs will be at his expense.

What are the refund times?

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of your product(s).

Are the returns free?

Returns are at the customer's expense. You can choose the carrier that suits you.
